The NGO Smart Osvita is launching a multi-channel project «IntegriTEAM/ Spilnota Dobrochesnykh» for school students, teachers, and parents. Its goal is to help children learn to make responsible decisions in everyday situations and to shape their own values. The initiative will run until the end of November 2026.
The project is built on game-based formats and practical experience. In particular, the «IntegriTEAM» card set is a discussion-based game with real-life scenarios where there are no «right» answers. The aim is to understand how decisions are made and what consequences they carry.
«Values cannot be imposed. They are formed through personal experience and dialogue. We created this format as a space where a child can ask questions, doubt, and arrive at their own answers, while an adult can be there to support this process», said Ivanna Kobernyk, head of the NGO Smart Osvita.
The cards are adapted for different age groups and can be used both individually and in classroom settings. Here, the teacher is not a source of «correct answers», but a moderator of discussion who helps students find solutions on their own.
The project goes beyond the school environment, engaging parents, university students, and a wider audience. Planned activities include:
- a competition for teachers with an opportunity to receive card sets and attend a workshop on how to use them;
- the launch of a website with educational materials;
- a podcast series on integrity;
- a special media project;
- educational activities for parents (seminars, articles, posts);
- mini-grants for teachers, students, and parents (to be announced separately).
The project «IntegriTEAM / Spilnota Dobrochesnykh» is implemented by the NGO Smart Osvita with the support of the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI), the leading anti-corruption programme in Ukraine, funded by the EU, co-funded and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
