NGO “Smart Osvita” has long and fruitfully cooperated with psychologist Svitlana Roiz. We have many implemented projects on our joint account. All of them are diverse and aimed at supporting the psychological health of teachers, parents, and children.
The “Resilience for the Resilient” project is 20 short animated videos for children and adults demonstrating elementary exercises to help you calm down and support yourself psychologically. They can be used as exercises for the muscles. Each video accompanies a simple explanation of how exercise affects a person, which even children can understand.
