«Sex Education» is a course of audiolessons in which specialized experts (psychologists and gynecologists) tell everything about growing up, both physically and psychologically. The material will help teenagers better understand all the changes happening to their bodies and minds.
The course consists of three parts:
- Changes in the body. Experts not only explain what happens to the human body during puberty but also why these changes occur and how to cope with them;
- What is sex? This part contains audio lessons that will help teenagers take better care of their reproductive health, build relationships with their bodies, and counteract violence;
- Healthy sexual life. These are audio lessons on contraception, prevention of sexually transmitted infections, and where to seek support and help in critical situations.
