These projects are part of one area of work of the NGO “Smart Osvita”, namely the psychological support of educators.
The project “Prompt psychological assistance” is aimed at supporting educators who are faced with stress, anxiety, burnout, and other psychological problems. Two educational programs, and a website with a selection of educational and methodological resources, tools, and articles on psychological training were developed for them.
The main toolkit is conducting free psychological self-help training for teachers, which helps to cope with stress, improve communication with students and parents, maintain emotional stability, and therefore increase work productivity.
“Development of psychological persistence in education and apprenticeships resettled due to the war” is a program for improving the qualifications of educators. It is carried out in two directions: conducting psychological self-help training for teachers using the EMDR method, where they talk about working with traumatized children and supervising group work with children and parents according to the “Children and War” protocol.

Psychotherapist Nataliia Podolyak is a trainer of the “Prompt psychological assistance” project. In this material, she gives effective advice on communication on complex topics. Natalia also gives several effective techniques and advice on how to cope with stress and anxiety.

Tetiana Tymoshenko, one of the trainers of the “Development of psychological persistence in education and apprenticeships resettled due to the war” program, told how to support children correctly. She also provided several effective methods and exercises that will help parents and teachers cope with personal stress, and thus become a support for the child.

Olga Uralova and Tetiana Tymoshenko, trainers of the “Development of psychological persistence in education and apprenticeships resettled due to the war” project, advise how to act in case of PTSD. They also tell in more detail about this problem, how to avoid it, and how to help affected people. Psychologists also talk about self-help that every teacher can provide.
