Its purpose is to determine the psycho-emotional state of educators and the main problems they face while working in today’s environment. The results will be the basis for developing materials, training, courses, and other tools for providing psychosocial support in the educational cluster.
The research is designed as an online questionnaire that you need to complete over time, and it will take a little of your time.
Your experience and observations are significant to us. Your participation in the study will allow us to approach the problems of the mental state of participants in the educational process from a scientific point of view. It will help equip teachers who communicate with children and adolescents daily with essential knowledge and skills.
We are conducting this research in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the support of Americares Foundation, Inc. A team of researchers includes Natalia Portnytska, Olha Savychenko, Iryna Tychyna from Zhytomyr State University, and an Associate Professor at the University of Illinois, Dr. Tara Powell.
