Smart Osvita together with children and family psychologist Svitlana Roiz invites teachers of public schools to the first resource meeting.

The meeting is dedicated to professional burnout and lack of resources for performing the job. It will take place on Nov. 26 at 4 p.m. in Kyiv Children and Youth Palace at 13 Mazepy St., Kyiv.
The topics for the meeting have been chosen through polling conducted by Smart Osvita among teachers. Job burnout was mentioned most often.
“We used to call these meetings ‘supervising’ ones, but the term ‘resource meeting’ is much better. Not all sessions will provide supervision, but all of them will help teachers find solutions to their school issues,” Smart Osvita members say.
Resource meetings will be held monthly. Only public-school teachers are eligible to participate.
“Ми називали ці зустрічі супервізійними, але правильнішим буде визначення “ресурсні”. Адже не всі зустрічі передбачатимуть супервізію, але всі вони допомагатимуть вам шукати шляхи вирішення шкільних проблем”, – зазначають у ГО “Смарт освіта”.
Подібні зустрічі будуть відбуватися один раз на місяць. Учасниками можуть бути лише вчителі державних (комунальних) шкіл.
