The 6th module is now available in in “Elementary school teachers’ work with children having special education needs” online course.
Lecture titled “Children with complex disturbance of development” is now online.
It is given by lecturer Nataliia Hladkykh speaking about different forms of complex disturbances and methods of teaching best used to assists these kids in learning. There are also videos dedicated to structure of individual classes for such kids and providing advice on how to conduct them.
The lecturer also explains what individual psycho-pedagogical assistance to kids with complex disturbances are, how to develop an individual study plan for such a kid, and what are tactile books, “experience books” and communication passport of a kid and how they could be used for learning.

Earlier, lectures on bulling prevention, on support for kids with traumatizing experience, on activation of a child’s brain, and on kids with articulation disorders became available within the course.
The course was developed by Smart Osvita together with online education studio EdEra within USAID-funded Enhance Non-Governmental Actors and Grassroots Engagement (ENGAGE) activity, implemented by Pact, Inc. in Ukraine.
Nataliia Hladkykh is a visual impairment specialist of Nadiia Special School, PhD in pedagogics, creator of Razom project on training inclusion specialists, supervisor of Space Camp inclusion camp and Bachyty Sertsem public organization.
